1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Maryland Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and short-term rental cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and location coverage.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Services are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon and acknowledged by our team.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We accept cash and other digital payment methods (subject to availability).

Late payments may incur a $25 fee if not received within 5 business days.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a 50% service charge.

If we arrive and are unable to access the property or are turned away, the full amount may still be charged.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We’ll return to address the issue at no extra charge. Issues reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a follow-up visit.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate access instructions and a safe work environment.

Secure pets and valuable items during cleaning.

Inform us of any fragile items, broken fixtures, or special conditions.

Maryland Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for damages due to unstable furniture, existing wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is harassment or any form of inappropriate conduct.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in our work:

Maryland Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for damage to items that were unstable, unsecured, or not disclosed as fragile.

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service.

10. Privacy Policy

Your information is kept private and secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
